The system can be configured to update changing site notices, health and safety questions and company procedures. The Sinica system ensures that the correct information is readily available and recorded digitally and available in the event of an audit.


In the event of an emergency, Sinica can rapidly produce an emergency roll call report. This report can be printed or emailed to the appropriate parties. A list of visitors and staff on site can be produced at any time, but the emergency roll call reporting ensures that everyone will be accounted for in the event of an emergency.
